The family and friends of the late MR JOHN GERALD HOOKHAM are advised that his Funeral Service will be conducted in the Mawson Chapel, Centennial Park, Goodwood Road, Pasadena on MONDAY, August 26, at 10.45 a.m.

At the conclusion of refreshments in the Centennial Park Function Rooms, the Cortege will proceed to the adjoining Cemetery for the Committal.
