The family and friends of the late Mrs Joan Ann Bartlett are advised that her Funeral Service will be conducted in its entirety in the Florey Chapel, Centennial Park, 760 Goodwood Road, Pasadena, on Thursday, October 23, at 11:00 am.

In lieu of floral tributes, a donation to Dementia Australia would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
